Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for lead generation
- Set up & maintain accurate conversion tracking using GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- Write high-converting, compelling ad copy tailored to different service niches
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis
- A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights and reports
- Ensure campaigns are ROI-positive and conversion-focused
- Identify new growth opportunities in PPC and lead gen
- Implement call tracking, form tracking, and event-based goals
- Maintain compliance with Google Ads policies
Must-Have Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Google Ads, especially for service-based businesses
- Expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager
- Proven experience with conversion tracking setup & troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of campaign structures, bidding models, and audience targeting
- Exceptional Google Ads copywriting skills focused on lead generation
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and optimization skills
- Experience with Performance Max, Search, and Remarketing campaigns
- Familiarity with landing page CRO principles
- Ability to think like a business owner and focus on measurable ROI
- Ability to create strong ad copies
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads certification(s)
- Experience with call tracking tools (e.g., CallRail)
- Familiarity with CRM tools or lead integration (e.g., HubSpot, Zapier)
- Experience working in agencies or across multiple client accounts
- Knowledge of tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or SpyFu
Location & Schedule
- Hybrid Work Model: On-site attendance required Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in our D-12 office. Work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
- Office Hours: 4:30 PM – 1:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time). Candidates must be able to commute to the office during these hours.
