What You'll Do:
Be the Voice of Data: Own the full cycle of data storytelling—from pulling the numbers to presenting compelling insights that drive strategy.
Power Our Dashboards: Develop and maintain real-time performance dashboards in Looker Studio, providing a single source of truth for KPIs like ROAS, CAC, LTV, and conversion rates.
Decode Campaign Performance: Conduct deep-dive analyses into paid and organic campaigns to determine effectiveness, identify optimization opportunities, and calculate ROI.
Map the Customer Journey: Use attribution modeling to track touchpoints across channels (web, ads, email) and pinpoint what truly drives conversions.
Drive Strategic Decisions: Partner with marketing leadership to forecast results, advise on budget allocation, and identify new areas for growth.
Collaborate to Optimize: Work hand-in-hand with our ads, CRM, and content teams to test new ideas, improve targeting, and enhance creative performance.
What We're Looking For (Our Wish List):
The Non-Negotiables:
2+ years of experience in a marketing data analysis role.
Expert-level proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Looker Studio (Google Data Studio).
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite (Facebook/Instagram Ads) and Google Ads.
Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex formulas, etc.).
A proven track record of analyzing data to directly influence marketing strategy and improve ROI.
The "Ideal Candidate" Skills:
SQL proficiency – you can write queries to extract and manipulate data yourself.
Experience working with CRM data (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for segmentation and analysis.
Familiarity with BigQuery or similar data warehouse platforms.
A solid understanding of attribution models and marketing measurement challenges.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
Bonus Points For:
Experience with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM).
Knowledge of Python or R for statistical analysis.
Experience in the financial services or banking industry.
