We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Manager to oversee the human resources functions of our company in Bahria Town , Lahore. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of HR experience in the call center or customer service industry and be skilled in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding call center agents.
- Implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and labor laws.
- Handle employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Maintain attendance records, payroll processing, and leave management.
- Develop and execute training and development programs for employees.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies.
- Foster a positive and engaging work environment to enhance employee retention.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends to improve retention strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a call center environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and recruitment techniques.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple HR functions in a fast-paced work environment.
