- Establishing a comprehensive risk identification framework across all business lines and jurisdictions by managing risk priorities.
- Liaising with the business and other functions to identify material risks by managing & overseeing completion of the RCSA process.
- Developing and updating an enterprise wide inventory of existing and potential material risks across the bank.
- Initiating action to address any gaps or deficiencies identified during the risk identification process
- Providing insightful quality reporting to internal Boards, Committees and other key stakeholders to
- support risk processes
- Foster a culture of risk awareness and proactive risk management among business & support functions.
- Review and approve business risk identification procedures and processes.
- Ensuring the risk priorities are effectively addressed through a regular testing process of the policies, procedures, systems and controls.
Minimum qualifications:
- At least a Bachelors with relevant certifications such as FRM preferred.
Minimum experience:
- At least 5 years’ experience in a Financial Institution, preferably in a bank and in a risk management function ideally ERM or ORM.
