Eligibility
Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC recognized Institute/University
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in similar position directly reporting/assisting Senior Executive
Skills Required:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills, proactive approach & high attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to interact effectively with senior executives
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the execution of implementation plans,
- ensuring alignment with project goals
- maintaining follow-up
- ensuring execution in given time line
- help organize tasks, manage resources, and track progress
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams
- Monitoring progress, identifying risks, and productively troubleshooting issues
- Communicating and coordinating senior executives, middle management, and field staff
- Managing staff related HR tasks i.e. hiring, confirmations, transfers, maintaining real time records
- Identifying and resolving inefficiencies in administrative and operational workflows related to hiring, IT, etc.
