Job Summary:
HH Tech Solution are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Hiring Specialist to manage the full recruitment life cycle. This role involves collaborating with department managers, sourcing top talent, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for building strong teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
- Develop and update job descriptions and specifications.
- Source candidates through various platforms, databases, and networks.
- Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage candidate communications, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
- Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reports.
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices and trends.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract quality candidates.
- Ensure recruitment practices are compliant with employment laws and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in HR or recruitment roles.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques, resume databases, and ATS software.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and KPIs.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
