Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Support the team with data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
Assist in managing documentation and tracking systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
Participate in live projects to gain hands-on experience in operations and planning.
Learn and apply GSK standards, including quality and safety practices.
Contribute to problem-solving efforts and share ideas for improvement.
Qualifications/Skills
Basic Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program or a fresh graduate in Business, Supply Chain, Pharmacy, or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous internship or project experience in supply chain, operations, or manufacturing.
Interest in healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.
Work Environment:
