About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented intern to join our “Technical Logistics” team within the Technology division. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to shaping meaningful and seamless “Coordination between Operations, Rollout and Logistics” and “Coordination with cell sites owners for Lease agreement renewal and rental payment management” experiences for new hires while gaining hands-on experience in “Technical Logistics”.
- Support in Coordination between Operations, Rollout and Logistics in different day to day affaires for making the Rollout process smoother and more seamless.
- · Assist while Coordination with cell sites owners for Lease agreement renewal and rental payment management.
- · Help in applying for commercial Power for new rollout sites, keeping and eye on each site while help in tracking its KPIs.
- · Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Rollout, Vendors, Operations) to ensure timely execution of new Rollout sites.
- · Participate in organizing regional meeting sessions and preparing Minutes of meeting and its track recording.
- · Provide support in disbursement of cell site’s rental payment and keeping its records.
- · Contribute to projects aimed at improving the site acquisition, legal documents, Apply for Commercial Power and required NOC’s from the concerned authorities.
Requirements
- A Levels or equivalent from HEC recognized University.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, documents, and digital tools (e.g., Excel, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
- Passion for creating positive employee experiences and attention to detail.
