Key Responsibilities
- Hardware & Software Management:
- Install/configuring Windows OS, MS Office, and antivirus tools.
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- User Support:
- Resolve technical issues via helpdesk (email/phone/in-person).
- Train staff on software/hardware usage.
- Network & Security:
- Monitor LAN/WAN connectivity and perform basic firewall updates.
- Execute daily data backups and recovery tasks.
- Maintenance:
- Manage IT inventory and solution documentation.
- Apply OS patches and system upgrades.
Requirements
Must Have:
- 1-2 years of hands-on IT support experience.
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS).
- Hardware troubleshooting for PCs/laptops/printers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and fluency in English/Urdu.
Preferred:
- Certification (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Fundamentals).
- Experience with Active Directory or helpdesk ticketing systems.
