Key Responsibilities:

• Organise, clean, and maintain large datasets in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Sort and manage leads within spreadsheets for reporting and analysis.
• Generate simple data insights and summaries for internal stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports.
• Work independently to meet deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.

Requirements:

• 1-2+ years of experience in a data analysis, reporting, or operations role.
• Experience working in a similar role within a SaaS/AI environment (preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, sorting, filtering, pivot tables).
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
• Comfortable working with data on a daily basis
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote set up (US Timezone)
• Nice to have: Experience cleaning up leads in Excel
