Key Responsibilities:
- Organise, clean, and maintain large datasets in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Sort and manage leads within spreadsheets for reporting and analysis.
- Generate simple data insights and summaries for internal stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports.
- Work independently to meet deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.

Requirements:
- 1-2+ years of experience in a data analysis, reporting, or operations role.
- Experience working in a similar role within a SaaS/AI environment (preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, sorting, filtering, pivot tables).
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
- Comfortable working with data on a daily basis
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote set up (US Timezone)
- Nice to have: Experience cleaning up leads in Excel
