In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the reliability, functionality, and overall quality of our software products through comprehensive testing and quality assurance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Perform manual and automated testing to identify software defects and performance issues.
- Collaborate closely with development, product, and support teams to understand requirements and deliverables.
- Report, track, and verify defects and ensure their resolution.
- Analyze testing outcomes to provide actionable insights and continuous improvement suggestions.
- Contribute to improving QA processes and best practices within the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience with software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks and tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
