We are seeking a full-time, highly motivated, and detail-oriented Investment Analyst to join our Corporate Finance Advisory team. The Analyst will play a key role in evaluating investment opportunities, conducting financial and valuation analysis, and supporting transaction execution. This is an ideal role for candidates with strong analytical skills, a solid foundation in corporate finance, and a passion for deal-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; CFA, CA, or MBA is a Plus
- 03 - 05 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or transaction advisory
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; proficiency in financial modeling is essential
- Strong knowledge of valuation techniques and financial statement analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a team-oriented mindset
