Job Description
The purpose of Asst. System Analyst job is to the design and manage HMIS application as per user requirements. System analyst will work as a conduit between engineering department and end user.
- Suggest system enhancements to improve user experience
- Create User Stories through mock-ups and wireframes
- Write meaningful and clear specifications
- Perform quality assurance controls on products
- Coordinate with the engineering department to deliver functional solutionsConduct research to identify customer needs and market gaps
- Prioritize the implementation of new features and set specific timelines
- Monitor and report on users’ reactions after launching
- Create support and training documents for internal and external users
- Help staff members in understanding and using HMIS
- Provide support to medical and non-medical staff for using HMIS
- Forward HMIS bugs to technical team for solution
- Take preemptive measures for HMIS to reduce system issue
General Responsibilities:
- Analysis technology requirements and to develop functional specifications in addition to conducting comparative analysis.
- Participates in committees, workgroups and to provide facilitation in technology matters for meetings and user groups.
- Help staff members in understanding and using HMIS.
- Conducts staff HMIS presentations and training as and when required.
- Performs in addition to these, any other task assigned by supervisor, Unit Head or CEO.
Qualifications
BS in Computer Science, Information Technology or Software Engineering
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, Software Analysis or System Administration
