We're hiring Junior Procurement Officer (FMCG)
Location : Karachi
Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is hiring for its leading client in the FMCG industry! We’re on the lookout for a Procurement Assistant – PC Category who will play a key role in driving cost savings, managing supplier performance, and ensuring OTIF (On Time In Full) delivery of innovation projects.
You’ll be working closely with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Supply Chain, R&D, Finance, and Marketing to support strategic sourcing initiatives and drive commercial value.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Procurement or Supply Chain (preferably FMCG)
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint & Power BI
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Understanding of P&L impact and material cost forecasting
Key Responsibilities:
- Support category-specific strategies and cost-saving initiatives
- Collaborate across functions to ensure smooth execution of innovation/renovation projects
- Manage supplier performance in terms of quality, service, and delivery
- Promote data-driven decision-making
