- Coordination and assist in resolving various regulatory issues under regulatory affairs.
- Coordination and responding to queries of the Bank’s correspondent banking department to meet compliance of annual KYC and due diligence questionnaires.
- Maintenance of Integrated Risk & Compliance Register of the department and quarterly reporting to compliance through SAS portal.
- Coordination with the Bank’s compliance department for the regulatory action items required under applicable laws & regulations.
- Keep abreast & review the amendments in the applicable regulations and preparation of synopsis for the Board of Directors of the Bank.
- Coordination and ensure compliance with applicable overseas regulatory governance reporting.
- Filing of FPTs to SBP for the election of directors and other required documentation.
- Assist in dealing with SBP inspections matters, preparation of information required by SBP for inspection and complete track of inspection information submitted to SBP by the dept.
- Assist in the compliance of SBP Corporate Regulatory Framework and other SBP regulations related to corporate governance
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate / professional qualification from reputable education institution
Minimum Experience:
- 3 - 5 years of experience
