Job Summary:
We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Media Buyer to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other digital media channels, with a proven track record of driving ROI through targeted media buying strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and others.
- Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to inform ad targeting strategies.
- Manage and optimize campaign budgets to ensure cost-efficiency and ROI.
- Continuously A/B test ad creatives, copies, and placements to improve performance.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce compelling ad creatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in media buying.
- Manage media buying calendars and coordinate campaign timelines.
- Ensure accurate tracking and attribution through proper UTM tagging and pixel implementation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Media Buyer or in a similar role in digital advertising.
- Hands-on experience with ad platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills; comfortable working with data and KPIs.
- Knowledge of targeting, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Pixel.
- Excellent time-management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- [Optional] Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar is a plus.
