The Remote Team Monitoring Officer plays a critical role in ensuring the productivity, attendance, and ethical conduct of team members across different shifts and job sites. This role involves real-time monitoring of team activities, updating attendance and schedules, scoring KPIs, and ensuring adherence to company policies across various communication tools and platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Responsibilities (All Shifts):
- Fill out the Daily Attendance Sheet using the Daily G-Meet Report.
- Monitor assigned team members via Google Meet every 10-15 minutes.
- Take screenshots of team members during work hours and share them in their respective WhatsApp groups.
- Evaluate and score workers using Ethics KPI and Daily ME Job KPI (focus, speed, vibe) up to 4x per shift.
- Track WhatsApp activity of all workers, especially during bio or meal breaks. Follow up on late returns.
- Update the Attendance Sheet before the end of each shift, including login/logout times.
- Update and track the daily work schedules using the Back Office tracker.
Additional Responsibilities for 2nd, 3rd Shifts, and Weekends:
- Monitor attendance handover from 1st shift and update logs accordingly.
- Track all activities at job sites using the Reolink App (e.g., Robinsons, Geneva).
- Watch for suspicious activities or unauthorized access.
- Trigger alarms, notify guards, or escalate to managers/security company as necessary.
- Report incidents via WhatsApp group with screenshots.
- Continue KPI scoring and WhatsApp tracking for all assigned personnel, including the Pakistan Team.

- Google Meet – For real-time monitoring of team activities
- WhatsApp – For communication, activity logging, and worker follow-up
- Google Sheets (Daily G-Meet Report, Back Office Tracker) – For attendance, KPI scoring, and task updates
- Reolink App – For surveillance monitoring of job sites
- Snipping Tool / Screenshot Utility – For documentation of team activities
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills via WhatsApp and email
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Meet, Drive)
- Ability to multitask across multiple monitoring tools and teams
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information
- Prior experience in remote monitoring, coordination, or team supervision is a plus
- Willingness to work across shifts and weekends
Performance Metrics:
- Accuracy of attendance logs and schedule updates
- Timeliness and completeness of KPI scoring reports
- Responsiveness in reporting site and worker issues
- Consistency in monitoring and follow-through on worker activity
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs560.00 - Rs570.00 per hour
