Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first- and second-line technical support for desktop, network, and hardware issues.
- Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and networking issues in a timely manner.
- Set up and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Manage user accounts and access controls via Active Directory, or group policy and other enterprise tools.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Provide remote support to clients using remote desktop tools.
- Liaise with clients to ensure satisfaction, maintain relationships, and provide ongoing IT support.
