Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outbound Sales Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by contacting potential customers through cold calls, emails, and other outbound communication methods. You will introduce our products/services, understand customer needs, and drive revenue growth.
Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential clients to introduce products/services.
Qualify leads and set up appointments for the sales team.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads and nurture relationships for future opportunities.
Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with outbound efforts.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
Requirements
Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-driven with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.
Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office tools.
