Your Responsibilities
- Connect with customers via inbound and outbound calls.

- Log customer interactions and follow-ups in our CRM.
- Handle issues efficiently and professionally.

What You Bring
- 2–8 years of experience in sales or customer service.
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- A target-driven, self-motivated attitude.
- Ability to learn fast and solve problems effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
- Availability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM.
