We are hiring for Power BI Expert:
Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive and insightful dashboards and BI reports using Power BI.Design data-driven decisions, optimize processes, and improve overall performance. Candidate must have demonstrable experience developing Power BI dashboards and be able to demonstrate real-world examples of dashboards developed and any underlying code.
Key Responsibilities:
Dashboard Development: Design and create visually appealing and interactive Power BI dashboards that convey data insights effectively.
Data Extraction: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Data Modeling: Develop data models, relationships, and calculations within Power BI to support the creation of meaningful visualizations.
Report Creation: Generate reports, charts, and graphs that provide actionable insights to different business units within the organization.
Data Integration: Collaborate with the broader team to integrate and consolidate data from different systems and databases.
Documentation: Create documentation for dashboards, data sources, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics).
- Proven experience in developing Power BI dashboards and reports. Must be able to provide portfolio of past work OR complete a sample exercise.
- Strong knowledge and capability of data modeling and ETL processes.
- Proficiency in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and M query languages.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Power BI Certification (PL-300).
- Experience with Power BI Service, Power Query, and Power Automate.
- Knowledge of data warehousing and data architecture.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Good Communication Skills.
Nice to Have:
Working knowledge of different .NET projects especially in ASP.Net Web Forms
