We’re on the hunt for a highly driven and results-oriented PPC Growth Lead / Paid Media Manager to take full ownership of our paid media strategy across platforms. You’ll bring deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and advanced technical skills in GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking. This is not just an execution role—we’re looking for a strategic thinker and energetic executor who can scale campaigns, build systems, and lead innovation using AI-powered tools.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams in SEO, creative, content, and development to create high-performing campaigns that deliver measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, lead, and optimize multi-channel PPC strategies across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and remarketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain end-to-end conversion tracking and event mapping via Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Conduct website QA testing to ensure seamless user journeys, clean tracking, and high conversion potential.
- Drive keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and funnel strategy.
- Regularly analyze data, generate insights, and produce dashboards via Looker Studio, GA4, and ad platform analytics.
- Execute A/B and multivariate testing across ad creatives, copy, CTAs, landing pages, and user flows.
- Collaborate with creative teams on performance-driven ad copy, visuals, and landing page strategy.
- Maintain a consistent feedback loop with SEO, and dev teams to ensure alignment across all performance channels.
Stay current with paid media trends, algorithm changes, and industry updates, ensuring innovation in campaign strategy and leverage AI tools effectively.

- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for debugging tracking issues
- SEO fundamentals and ability to collaborate across organic/paid strategies

- Budget forecasting, planning, and pacing
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of hands-on paid media experience in an agency or in-house growth role
- Proven track record of delivering high-ROI paid campaigns
