We are seeking a Shopify & E-Commerce Growth Marketer who can take ownership of revenue-driving initiatives across email, SMS, website optimization, and eCommerce operations. You’ll play a key role in scaling performance through A/B testing, app integrations, and retention strategies — all while working collaboratively with our Client’s CEO and in-house creative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Email & SMS Marketing
- Plan and execute lifecycle campaigns using Klaviyo or similar tools.
- Implement segmentation, personalization, and testing strategies.
- Optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Report on campaign performance and iterate for continuous improvement.
- Website Strategy & Optimization
- Run A/B tests on product pages, checkout, and landing flows to improve conversion.
- Identify and implement high-performing Shopify apps.
- Work with designers and developers to launch front-end and UX improvements.
- KPI & Performance Tracking
- Track key eCommerce metrics: conversion rate, AOV, retention, LTV.
- Identify areas of opportunity and implement data-backed strategies.
- Deliver weekly/monthly reports on growth KPIs and test results.
- Innovation & Growth Initiatives
- Explore new growth tools and technologies.
- Drive customer acquisition and retention campaigns.
- Stay current with industry best practices in DTC and performance marketing.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in growth marketing, digital strategy, or eCommerce.
- Proven success with Klaviyo, SMS platforms, and Shopify optimization.
- Strong understanding of A/B testing, CRO, and retention strategies.
- Comfortable using data to inform decision-making.
- Self-starter with excellent communication and project management skills.
- Directly report to the CEO/founder.
- Collaborate with a team of designers and an in-house developer to execute initiatives
