Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall shift operations of the PSF production line.
- Ensure production output meets quality standards in coordination with the Quality Team, Production Supervisor, and Process Operators.
- Monitor and maintain optimal process conditions for reliable and stable operations.
- Analyze variability and root causes of process inefficiencies; implement corrective actions based on defined operational guidelines.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental protocols during the shift.
- Document production reports, process deviations, and improvements regularly.
Qualification & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of total experience.
- Industry Background: Continuous Chemical Processing / Oil Refining / Polymer / Extrusion Plants.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective team coordination and communication abilities.
