Job Purpose
To work in Cephalosporin Oral manufacturing area ensuring the required output and complying with applicable GMP, EHS and Regulatory standards

3-5 years in Oral Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities
Ensure Safety of the area with Zero Waste Promotions and ZAP reporting.
Keep up-to-date production, downtime, changeover, preventive maintenance and other records on daily basis for Suspension filling line, compression & coating area.
Suggest and implement measures to improve the machine efficiency
Ensure all production floor’s KPI are being maintained and met. e.g. Adherence to Daily OEE target and Adherance to conformance of daily plan.
Ensure the GMP (proper labeling, IPC etc) and EHS (Zero access, LOTO etc) compliance during operation.
Ensure cost efficient way, right first-time operation, minimizing changeovers and avoiding wastages.
Maintain complete record of the respective machine e.g. daily working Logbooks, Maintenance Record, Cleaning and Changeover Record etc.
Ensure Data integrity compliance and improve the DI control (ALCOA principle) at line
Ensure all area related End to End production SAP transactions are punched timely
