Job Purpose
To contribute to the growth and profitability of GlaxoSmithKline through processing of Tablet packaging, in accordance with the compliance of GlaxoSmithKline code of GMP and to fulfil the local regulatory requirement, using all available resources to the maximum advantage of the company and customer satisfaction
Education, Experience & Skills
- Pharm-D, B-Pharm, MBA or B.E graduates are preferred for this role.
- Fresh to 2 years of experience is required in a preferred role.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and build relationships across departments.
- Proactive problem-solving and adaptability to address challenges and ensure smooth operations.
- Leadership and mentoring abilities to guide teams, foster continuous improvement, and maintain compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- To discuss daily planning and work schedules with the Department Head to align operations.
- To supervise Blistering, Filling, and Packing operations within the Production Department.
- To execute production activities as per schedule from Planning.
- To manage packing documentation, including preparation, checking, reconciliation, and timely delivery of batch records.
- To maintain SAP postings for inventory transactions and labor hour distribution.
- To coordinate with Engineering for preventive and breakdown maintenance of packing equipment.
- To comply with QMS Standard and Guidelines within the department.
- To provide in-house training on SOPs and BPRs to relevant staff for continuous compliance and improvement.
- To maintain all relevant packing section records as per regulatory and internal standards.
- To support cross-functional departments and maintain strong relationships to achieve overall site goals.
