Job Purpose
This role will primarily support the Content Strategy Lead in executing tasks related to content planning, development, and management. The Project Trainee will act as an individual contributor, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure the implementation of content strategies and assist in day-to-day tasks.
Education, Experience & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Detail oriented with a keen eye for accuracy
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Key Responsibilities
Support in research and development of content
Coordinate the creation and management of content calendars.
Assess existing content and harness global sources for contextualization at the LOC level.
Support data-driven content development by deriving customer insights via social listening tools
Collaborate with Brand, Medical, Marketing, and Sales teams to collect inputs on local nuances and HCP preferences.
Coordinate with agencies and teams for content curation and development.
Support in project plans and day-to-day operational tasks
