Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote warehouse and commercial property listings.
- Develop brochures, banners, social media content, and online listings.
- Identify target clients (industrial, commercial businesses) and engage them through strategic outreach.
- Build relationships with property dealers, agents, and brokers.
- Manage online platforms like Zameen, OLX, and property websites.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Assist in pricing strategies and leasing proposals.
- Support the sales team with promotional material and client follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
- 3+ years’ experience in real estate or commercial marketing preferred.
- Strong understanding of the real estate and warehousing sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and digital marketing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns.
