Job Summary:
We are looking for a well-organized and friendly Receptionist to be the face and voice of our call center. The ideal candidate will handle front desk responsibilities, manage incoming visitors and phone calls, and provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department
Answer, screen, and route incoming calls in a professional and timely manner
Maintain visitor records and manage access control
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Ensure the reception area is tidy, presentable, and well-stocked
Provide basic information to callers and visitors about the organization
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation
Coordinate with various departments for internal communication and support
Schedule appointments.
Support HR and Operations teams during onboarding or internal events
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; diploma/degree in administration is a plus
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front office role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanour
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and phone systems
Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
Familiarity with call centre environment is an advantage
Working Conditions:
Office-based role in a busy call centre environment
Requires sitting for extended periods and handling phone systems
Standard work hours; occasional overtime may be required
