We are a leading BPO company seeking a skilled and dynamic Recruitment Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting the best talent to meet our clients' organization's staffing needs. Your expertise in recruitment will be instrumental in helping us build a highly competent and motivated team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Reviewing or screening resumes in bulk quantity from the job portal database on a daily basis
- Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Facilitate the interview process, coordinate interview schedules, and provide feedback to candidates.
- Maintain detailed records of recruitment activities, candidate information, and outsourcing agreements.
- Cold calling to candidates for the hiring process
Requirements:
- Minimum Inter / Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills in English mandatory
- Should be 1- year experience in recruitment but not mandatory
Office Timings:
- 01:00 PM – 10:00 PM = PST
