Job Title: Recruitment Executive/Specialist
Location: Head Office, DHA Phase 5, Karachi
Timings: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
Fulcrum Pvt. Limited is seeking a dynamic Recruitment Executive/Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment, client management, and the end-to-end recruitment process. This role includes sourcing, screening, and hiring for mid to senior-level and C-suite positions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and client management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand hiring needs
- Source and identify top talent through various platforms and channels
- Handle recruitment for senior-level and C-suite positions
- Ensure a smooth and timely hiring process by coordinating with clients and candidates
