Job Role / Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Assistant Manager, you will be responsible to contribute to assigned academic, administration and education support.
Your job responsibilities will include:
- Ensure smooth and efficient day to day operation of research and data collection activities
- Assist in monitoring the progress and record keeping of research activities
- Assist in preparing reports, manuscripts & abstracts for publication and grant applications as required by investigators
- Prepare and keep record of teaching and research materials
- Assist in conducting practical lab sessions
- Maintain and keep record of lab equipments
- Ensure compliance with the applicable quality standards of certifying and accredited bodies with whom the organization is certified and accredited.
Eligibility Criteria / Requirements:
- MSc degreein relevant field of study
- 2-3 years of related work experience in health care institution
- excellent hands on strategic management planning and trouble shooting skills
- proficiency in computer skills
- good knowledge of employee relation techniques
- good communication & interpersonal skills.
