Ride The Wave is a fast-growing U.S.-based marketing company helping home service businesses grow through high-quality lead generation. We're looking for a proactive, results-driven SDR to help us accelerate client acquisition through outbound outreach.
Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be responsible for cold calling and qualifying leads, booking appointments, and creating sales opportunities for our organization. This is a performance-focused, remote role.
Key Responsibilities
- Cold call a list of targeted prospects to generate qualified leads
- Use a proven script and adapt when needed to build engagement
- Identify the right decision-makers and assess fit
- Set up and schedule sales appointments with qualified leads
- Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in our CRM
- Follow up with interested or semi-warm leads to move them through the funnel
- Handle objections effectively and redirect conversations when necessary
- Continuously improve call techniques and conversion rates
- Report on activity, performance, and conversion metrics
- Collaborate closely with the internal sales and marketing teams
Qualifications
- 02 years of experience in cold calling, lead generation, or inside sales (home services or digital marketing background is a bonus)
- Fluent English speaker with a clear, confident telephone voice
- Strong objection-handling and conversation redirection skills
- Quick thinker, good listener, and persistent without being pushy
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic outreach workflows
- Self-starter who can work independently and meet KPIs
- Positive attitude and ability to stay composed on calls
- Personal computer, USB headset with noise cancellation, and reliable internet (Ethernet preferred)
- High school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred)
Compensation
- Base salary: $300/month
- Commission: $30 per appointment attended, $30 per closed deal
- Expected Pay: $600-$1000/USD
- Payouts: Bi Weekly
- No cap on commissions
