Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads via email, LinkedIn, and calls
- Pitch recruitment and outsourcing services to businesses
- Set and attend virtual meetings with potential clients
- Close sales and build long-term client relationships
- Meet monthly sales and revenue targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach strategies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales (preferably B2B or service-based)
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working with CRMs and remote tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.)
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and target-driven
- Experience selling recruitment or digital services is a plus
