Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Executive (Female) to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This role is ideal for someone who excels in virtual communication, has a professional approach to remote work, and enjoys helping clients through digital channels. In addition to handling sales and client interactions, you'll also be responsible for monitoring customer service call quality to uphold our service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Interaction:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable products/services
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Convert leads into successful sales
- Upsell and cross-sell products where appropriate
Quality Control of Calls:
- Monitor recorded customer service calls
- Assess calls for quality, tone, and adherence to company policies
- Document findings and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with the team to improve service quality
Requirements:
- Gender: Female
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Fresh graduates encouraged)
- Languages: Proficient in English and Urdu
- Experience: 2 years in CSR/sales preferred (Fresh graduates may apply)
