- Manage CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Screen and manage all incoming correspondence (emails, calls, letters).
- Draft and review official letters, memos, and emails on behalf of the CEO.
- Act as a liaison between CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Arrange CEO’s travel plans, itineraries, visas, accommodation, and transport.
- Maintain filing systems for easy document retrieval.
- Ensure all administrative needs of the CEO’s office are met efficiently.
