- Lead the preparation and periodic business plans, forecasts, and budgets for the digital banking segment.
- Develop, monitor, and refine performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to track efficiency, profitability, and key operational outcomes.
- Analyze business trends, identify performance gaps, and recommend action plans to executive leadership.
- Provide expert financial analysis, including variance analysis and scenario planning, to support business cases and decision-making.
- Design and implement analytics initiatives using advanced data tools (including ANTA analysis) to optimize pricing, profitability, and market positioning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support new product launches, digital initiatives, and promotional campaigns with financial and operational insight.
- Prepare and present performance review materials to senior management, ensuring clarity, insight, and action-oriented recommendations.
- Ensure alignment between financial outcomes and strategic targets by overseeing the development and execution of remediation plans where necessary.
- Maintain high standards of data integrity, risk management, and compliance in all planning and reporting activities.
Minimum qualifications & Experience:
- 7–8 years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, and performance monitoring within banking or digital financial services.
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).
