Job Responsibilities:
- Strong understanding of operating system fundamentals in Windows
- Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
- Addressing user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking
- Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges
- Maintain overall ownership of client’s issue and service, ensuring that they receive resolution within a committed SLA
- Ability to configure network switches, firewalls, VLANs and wireless access point
Skills Required:
- Experience working with Office 365 & MS Azure Active Directory.
- Experience managing Firewalls.
- Can administer and manage the endpoint security.
- Ability to manage the overall WAN setup and coordinate with ISPs / Vendors for optimal performance.
- Configure and maintain network switches.
- Troubleshoot connectivity & Hardware related issues.
Qualification / Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science.
- At least 4+ years of experience of Network & Security in Microsoft environment.
- Experience implementing IT security policies to protect the organization's overall network from cyber-attacks would be a plus.
