We are looking for a Senior Network and Security Engineer in Lahore.

Qualification And Experience
- 10+ Years of experience in the Networking and Security Field.
- Bachelor of Engineering (or higher) in Computer Science or related disciplines
- CCIE Data Center is a Must
- Routing / Switches / Firewalls / Wireless
- Load Balancers
- Cisco / Fortinet / Meraki
- Cloud Certification would be a plus
Technical Skills and Knowledge Requirements:
- Strong Practical expertise in working with ACI, specifically focused on Fabric Access Policy,
encompassing the creation of switch policies, interface policies, AEPs, and management
of Physical and External Domains.
- Possessing an expert-level understanding of IP internetworking, LAN Switching
Protocols (MLS, CEF, 802.1Q, STP, HSRP, LACP/PAGP), and IP Routing protocols
(IS-IS, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP).
- Demonstrated experience in configuring and deploying enterprise-class networks,
utilizing various Cisco products such as Nexus Switches, Firepower and Fortinet Firewalls platform, and
Cisco Meraki Stack including MX/MS/MR devices.
- Hands-on involvement in Fabric Discovery Activity, covering Out of Band Configuration, verifying APIC
Health, LEAF Health
- Proficient in firewall services, including site-to-site VPNs, remote-access VPNs, SSLVPN and traffic
monitoring and shaping.
- Competency in deploying, maintaining, and supporting firepower L7 services while
building security access policies.
- Experience with Cisco Umbrella DNS and Secure Internet Gateway (SIG).
- Utilization of identity services such as ACS integrated with AD and RSA.
- Prior experience with Cisco FMC across FTDs deployed at multiple locations.
- Hands-on involvement with Cisco APIC and the development of REST API calls.
- Knowledge of logical design models (L2/L3, Spanning tree, VRF, VTP, VLANs, physical cabling).
- Understanding of VMM integration.
- Understanding of overlay and underlay networking within ACI/SDN.
- Ability to construct versatile contract policies based on specific business needs.
- Extensive experience with ACI Multi-Site, including operating and maintaining MSO.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Powershell or Python.
- Expertise in networking principles and protocols like IP subnetting, routing, security and encryption,
DNS, etc.
- Proficiency in supporting and maintaining Cisco UCS and Hyperflex platforms utilizing Fabric-
interconnects.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as exceptional interpersonal abilities for
effective coordination with others in routine and non-routine scenarios.
- Capable of independently resolving issues by establishing policies and procedures.
- Adept at working autonomously, even amidst multiple projects, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated competency in: Making significant decisions and recommendations on complex matters
to achieve long-term strategic objectives.
- Proactively identifying areas for improvement in the technical environment.
- Identifying improvement opportunities within organizational processes.
- Creating and documenting standard operating procedures for Information Technology, including
developing processes to ensure consistent execution of repetitive tasks.
- Setting an example of teamwork, communicating issues, actions, and plans clearly.
- Efficiently managing vendor relationships.
- Coordinating teamwork activities by organizing and conducting productive meetings.
- Utilizing structured methods for project planning and management.
- Familiarity with industry technology trends and the ability to analyze their relevance to our client's
infrastructure.
- Prior experience in high-pressure professional services or similar organizations,
emphasizing attention to detail and handling confidential and proprietary information.
