Job Overview:
We are looking for a performance-driven and analytical SEO Growth Strategist to lead and execute organic growth initiatives across our digital properties. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, combined with advanced knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and industry-leading SEO tools.
This role will play a key part in building and executing SEO strategies, publishing optimized content, performing regular website QA, and reporting results to improve search visibility and business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
- Conduct full-scale on-page SEO optimization including metadata, internal linking, keyword placement, and content structure.
- Manage and implement off-page SEO efforts, focusing on high-quality backlink building, guest posting, and outreach.
- Perform advanced technical SEO audits using Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and SEMrush, and fix issues related to crawlability, indexing, page speed, mobile-friendliness, and more.
- Configure and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) for tracking user behavior, conversions, and events.
- Set up and manage GA4 analytics, ensuring accurate data collection and performance insights.
- Generate weekly and monthly SEO reports with actionable insights on traffic trends, keyword performance, and backlink growth.
- Collaborate with content teams to plan, publish, and optimize blog content aligned with keyword strategies.
- Run regular website QA tests (pre- and post-deployment) to ensure SEO readiness and technical integrity.
- Monitor and adapt to search algorithm updates, new tools, and industry best practices.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify new opportunities for organic growth.
- Work with development team to improve site architecture, navigation, and UX from an SEO perspective.
- Implement structured data and schema markup to enhance rich results and SERP appearance.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 to 3+ years of hands-on experience in SEO.
- Proven expertise in technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization.
- Strong command of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Proficiency in SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Keyword Planner, Google Trends, and Google Search Console.
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or similar platforms.
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS for content publishing and optimization.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS, structured data, and SEO plugin management (Yoast, RankMath, etc.)
- Strong experience in blog content optimization and publishing workflows.
- Ability to create strategic SEO roadmaps with execution plans.
- Strong reporting and data analysis skills.
- Bonus: Experience or knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Google certifications in Analytics, and Tag Manager
- Experience with schema implementation and rich snippet optimization.
- Exposure to international SEO (hreflang, multilingual site optimization)
- Background in eCommerce or B2B SEO strategy.
