We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SEO Executive to join our dynamic digital marketing team. The ideal candidate must have proven, hands-on SEO experience with top-tier companies and be well-versed in the latest SEO technologies, tools, and industry trends. This role demands strategic thinking, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of how SEO integrates into a broader digital marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, traffic, and conversions.
- Perform in-depth technical SEO audits and recommend solutions.
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify content opportunities.
- Collaborate with content, development, and design teams to implement SEO best practices.
- Stay updated with algorithm updates, Google ranking factors, and emerging technologies (e.g., AI in search, voice search).
- Track and report performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Implement structured data (Schema), Core Web Vitals optimization, and mobile-first indexing strategies.
- Manage on-page and off-page SEO activities, including link-building campaigns.
- Provide thought leadership and mentor junior team members if required.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably with top brands or fast-growing digital companies.
- Proven track record of successfully managing SEO projects and delivering measurable results.
- Expertise in technical SEO, on-page, and off-page optimization.
- Proficiency in industry tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (as it relates to SEO).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, tools, algorithm changes, and best practices.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present strategies and results clearly to stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or high-traffic websites.
- Google Certifications (Analytics, Ads, etc.).
- Familiarity with international SEO, local SEO, and voice search optimization.
