Job Title: SEO Outreach Expert
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage SEO outreach campaigns to acquire high-quality backlinks.
- Build relationships with bloggers, publishers, and webmasters for guest posting, link placements, and collaborations.
- Identify and evaluate relevant websites for outreach using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and BuzzStream.
- Craft personalized, compelling outreach emails and follow-up sequences to improve response rates.
- Track outreach performance metrics (e.g., open rates, placements, response rates) and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Conduct backlink audits to identify toxic links and disavow as needed.
- Work closely with content and SEO teams to align link-building efforts with broader SEO goals
- Monitor competitors' backlink strategies and identify link opportunities
- Maintain detailed records of outreach activities and campaign results
- Stay up to date with Google’s algorithm updates and link-building best practices
Must-Have Skills
- 2+ years of proven experience in SEO outreach and white-hat link-building strategies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective outreach and relationship-building. Must be proficient in English language.
- Proficiency with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, BuzzStream, or Pitchbox
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and record-keeping
- Ability to analyze link profiles and identify quality backlink opportunities
- Comfortable managing multiple outreach campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
- Basic understanding of SEO principles, anchor text strategy, and domain authority
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and deliver results
- Strong email copywriting and personalization skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics
- Experience working in digital marketing agencies or managing outreach for multiple clients
- Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Semrush, and Moz)
Location & Schedule
Hybrid Work Model: On-site attendance required Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in our D-12 office. Work from home on Mondays and Fridays. Office Hours: 4:30 PM – 1:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time). Candidates must be able to commute to the office during these hours.
