TJ Global is a growing and looking to recruit shift manager/controller to work in Lahore.(Candidates with 5 years call center experience in Multinational Company shall be preferred).
The job is about managing and assigning shifts of people . This job also requires good call handling skills and person with Past experience will be preferred. Work is much easier for a candidate who is skilled in Management and Proficient in English Language (spoken and written both).
- Minimum Qualification: Graduation Or Masters(preferred)
- Shift Timings: according to UK timings
- Hours Per day: 12hrs
- Days of Work: 5 days a week.
- Candidates with Graduation and Master's Degree shall be preferred such as MBA etc.
- Candidates must be able to speak English in British or American Accent

The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Available to work on days as well as on nights
- Must not have a criminal record.

- Candidates Must be residing in Lahore and will be preferred for this job.
