Responsibility:
Social Media Management
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Create and curate engaging content (posts, stories, videos, reels, etc.)
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging
- Schedule content using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later
Content Creation & Marketing
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and videographers to produce original content
- Write compelling captions, blog snippets, and social ad copy
- Monitor content trends and adapt strategies accordingly
Community Engagement
- Engage with followers, respond to messages and comments in a timely manner
- Build relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors
- Manage online reputation and escalate issues as needed.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Track KPIs (engagement, reach, growth, CTR, conversions, etc.)
Paid Social & Campaigns
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns
- Monitor ad budgets, targeting, and performance
- Coordinate with sales or product teams to align campaigns with business goals
- Use analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.) to report on performance
- Run A/B tests and optimize content and ads for better results
