Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Collaborate with designers to craft eye-catching posts, reels, stories, and tweets.
- Account Management: Ensure consistent and active presence across major social platforms.
- Content Calendar: Plan and schedule posts in line with monthly marketing strategies.
- Engagement: Respond to DMs, comments, and reviews with timely, on-brand communication.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor KPIs (reach, engagement, clicks) and refine strategy based on insights.
- Campaign Support: Contribute to the execution of digital campaigns, contests, and promotions.
- Brand Voice: Uphold a consistent tone and messaging style across all content.
- Trend Research: Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and industry shifts.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, communications, and design departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in a social media/content role.
- Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and all major social platforms.
- Strong grasp of content marketing, branding, and algorithm-based strategy.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
