About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and resourceful Social Media Manager to oversee and manage all of our company’s social media accounts — including active, blocked, and new profiles, with a special focus on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of the U.S. social media market and excellent English communication skills.
This role will involve everything from content posting, engagement, ad campaign setup/management, to account recovery and audience growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor all company social media accounts (active, blocked, old, new).
- Run and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) — lead generation, brand awareness, retargeting, etc.
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Respond to messages and comments, engage with followers, and grow communities.
- Work closely with internal teams to align messaging and campaigns with business goals.
- Track analytics and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with Meta/LinkedIn support for any account-related issues or recoveries.
- Stay updated on U.S. social media trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for U.S.-based businesses.
- Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager (campaign setup, budgeting, A/B testing, reporting).
- Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn marketing and content strategy.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and platforms at once.
- Strong understanding of U.S. digital culture, audience behavior, and ad targeting.
- Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
- Graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with B2B tech, telecom, or SaaS companies (optional).
- Background in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Based in the U.S. or has previously worked with U.S. clients.
