Globe Call Centre is looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Manager who knows how to grow and engage audiences, and drive real results through Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads.
This role blends content creation, campaign management, and digital advertising to boost our brand presence and support lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content tailored to each platform
- Set up, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports to track ROI and engagement
- Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams for cohesive branding and messaging
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Digital Marketer
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, ad formats, and campaign optimization
- Excellent writing, editing, and content planning skills
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar
- Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
