The Position:
We are seeking an energetic Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. Reporting to a Team Lead, this role involves hands-on development across our core product set, contributing to ongoing innovation efforts, and collaborating on prototyping, developing, supporting, testing, and maintaining diverse products. You will work through the full software lifecycle using agile methodologies and thrive in a fast-paced environment solving complex problems.
Job Responsibilities:
• Analyze software requirements and recommend technical solutions.
• Identify and analyze risks for potential implementation options.
• Develop features in an agile environment using C# and .NET/.NET Core etc.
• Review code for technical accuracy, standards compliance, and functionality.
• Improve performance and scalability, refactoring legacy code when necessary.
• Meet deadlines related to product releases and complete assigned tasks within set timeframes.
• Report daily on team activities.
• Follow defined software development and testing processes.
• Take ownership of planned and assigned task lists.
Job Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in software application development.
• Experience in software application development
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming in a Microsoft environment (.NET Framework, C#, Entity Framework, etc.)
• Experience developing RESTful web APIs using C# in a .NET environment
• Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt
• Familiarity with modern IDEs, particularly Visual Studio
• Experience working within a microservices architecture
• Proficiency in using version control systems such as SVN or Git
