What we need from you?
Knowledge:
- Completion of Future Leaders Program preferred
- Full store cover experience (outside of home store preferred)
- 12 months in current role preferred
Skills
- Ensures compliance with legislative and ALDI internal requirements
- Ensures tasks are appropriately delegated to individuals based on their skills, roles and interests
- Consistently follows and enforces safety and security procedures within the team while proactively taking action to correct any unsafe work habits
- Maintains the highest standard of compliance, safety and cleanliness
- Ensures all stock is of good quality and minimises stock losses caused by damages, stock maintenance inaccuracy, theft, and inadequate stock rotation
- Manages resources effectively to achieve targets without compromising quality
- Performs the management of all staff induction, development, training, performance, hours, leave, and payroll
- Manages resources effectively to achieve results while controlling costs and minimising losses
